Daphne – miasto w Stanach Zjednoczonych, w stanie Alabama, w hrabstwie Baldwin, na wschodnim wybrzeżu zatoki Mobile. Według spisu w 2020 roku liczy 27,5 tys. mieszkańców[1]. Około 17% populacji to Afroamerykanie[1]. Położone jest 20 km na wschód od Mobile i 80 km na zachód od Pensacoli, na Florydzie[2].
Razem z miastami Fairhope i Foley tworzy obszar metropolitalny, który obejmuje 239,3 tys. mieszkańców (2021)[3].
