Hrabstwo Asotin (ang. Asotin County) – hrabstwo w stanie Waszyngton w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Hrabstwo zajmuje powierzchnię całkowitą 640,69 mil² (1659,38 km²)[1]. Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 21 432 mieszkańców[2]. Siedzibą hrabstwa jest Asotin.
Słowo asotin pochodzi z języka Indian Nez Percé i oznacza „węgorzy strumień”. Hrabstwo Asotin wydzielono z hrabstwa Garfield 27 października 1883 r.[3]

Asotin County Courthouse located at 135 2nd St., Asotin, WA. Originally built in 1905 as the Ayers Hotel, it was bought by the county out of foreclosure. It is the only active courthouse in Washington state that wasn't built specifically for that purpose. The photo was taken June 6, 2013 by jch.
