Hrabstwo Ballard (ang. Ballard County) – hrabstwo w stanie Kentucky w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 273,60 mil² (708,62 km²). Według spisu United States Census Bureau w roku 2010 miało 8249 mieszkańców[2]. Hrabstwo należy do nielicznych hrabstw w Stanach Zjednoczonych należących do tzw. dry county, czyli hrabstw gdzie decyzją lokalnych władz obowiązuje całkowita prohibicja[3][4].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1842 roku[5].
