Hrabstwo Calhoun (ang. Calhoun County) – hrabstwo w stanie Missisipi w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 587,97 mil² (1522,84 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 14 422 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1852 roku[3].
Hrabstwo należy do nielicznych hrabstw w Stanach Zjednoczonych należących do tzw. dry county, czyli hrabstw gdzie decyzją lokalnych władz obowiązuje całkowita prohibicja[4][5].
