Hrabstwo Cuyahoga (ang. Cuyahoga County) – hrabstwo w stanie Ohio w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 1 245,56 mil2 (3 226 km2). Według danych z 2010 r. hrabstwo miało 1 280 122 mieszkańców[2]. Hrabstwo powstało 7 czerwca 1807 roku, a jego nazwa pochodzi od słowa Cuyahoga, które ma swój rodowód w mowie rdzennych Amerykanów (najprawdopodobniej z języków algonkiańskich) i oznacza krętą rzekę.
