Historia
Powstało 10 marca 1909 roku poprzez sececję z Graham. Nazwane na cześć Masona (Masina) Greenlee, jednego z wczesnych osadników w okolicach Clifton. Jest czternastym z kolei hrabstwem Arizony. Stolicą zawsze było Clifton.

Całkowita powierzchnia wynosi 4787 km² z czego 4 km² (0.08%) stanowi woda.

It was made up by a random person with no connection to the island, it has never flown on the island, and it has never received any sort of recognition or validation by any authority. The person quoted on that page has no authority to bestow a flag, "unofficial" or otherwise, on the island.

Clifton, AZ train station, builtilt in 1901 by the Arizona & New Mexico RR that was later merged into Southern Pacific. Scheduled passenger train service was discontinued in 1967. It is now used by the Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations. Clifton, AZ is an old copper mining town that has gone through several boom and bust cycles in the last 125 years (currently heading into another "bust" cycle). I am glad the train station survived the trials and tribulations of the last century!
A replica of the Clifton station was built in Scottsdale, AZ at Stillman Railroad Park. I like the original myself.
