Hrabstwo Itawamba (ang. Itawamba County) – hrabstwo w stanie Missisipi w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 540,42 mil² (1399,68 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 23000 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1836 roku[3].
Hrabstwo należy do nielicznych hrabstw w Stanach Zjednoczonych należących do tzw. dry county, czyli hrabstw gdzie decyzją lokalnych władz obowiązuje całkowita prohibicja[4][5].

Two of the Pharr Mounds, a Middle Woodland period archaeological site built between 1 and 200 CE and located at mile 286.7 on the Natchez Trace Parkway. It is southeast of Marietta in Prentiss County, Mississippi, United States. The site — which includes several mounds in Itawamba County — is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
