Hrabstwo Jefferson (ang. Jefferson County) – hrabstwo w stanie Tennessee w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 314,33 mil² (814,11 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 51 722 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1792 roku[3].
Hrabstwo należy do nielicznych hrabstw w Stanach Zjednoczonych należących do tzw. dry county, czyli hrabstw gdzie decyzją lokalnych władz obowiązuje całkowita prohibicja[4][5].

Jefferson County Courthouse in Dandridge, Tennessee, in the southeastern United States. The courthouse was built in 1845 by Hickman Brothers Construction. A county museum was added to the courthouse in 1957. The courthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973 as part of the Dandridge Historic District.
