Hrabstwo Pontotoc (ang. Pontotoc County) – hrabstwo w stanie Missisipi w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 500,99 mil² (1297,56 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 29 248 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1836 roku[3].
Hrabstwo należy do nielicznych hrabstw w Stanach Zjednoczonych należących do tzw. dry county, czyli hrabstw gdzie decyzją lokalnych władz obowiązuje całkowita prohibicja[4][5].
