Leonard "Leo" White, Jr. (ur. 3 listopada 1957[1]) – amerykański judoka. Dwukrotny olimpijczyk[2]. Zajął jedenaste miejsce w Los Angeles 1984 i dziewiąte Barcelonie 1992[3]. Walczył w wadze półciężkiej.
Uczestnik mistrzostw świata w 1987 i 1991. Startował w Pucharze Świata w 1992[4]. Wicemistrz igrzysk panamerykańskich w 1991; trzeci w 1979, 1983 i 1987. Zdobył cztery medale na mistrzostwach panamerykańskich w latach 1976–1990. Sześciokrotnie na podium wojskowych MŚ[5] roku.
