Lewan Kozanaszwili (gruz. ლევან კოზანაშვილი; ur. 1985) – gruziński skoczek narciarski.
Jest dwukrotnym mistrzem kraju: z 2001[1] z notą 156,5 pkt[2] i 2012 z notą 278,2 pkt[3]. Podczas tych zawodów pobił aktualny do dziś rekord skoczni K45 w Bakuriani (56,5 m)[4]. W 2013 został wicemistrzem kraju z notą 248,4 pkt (48,5 i 47,5 m)[5][6].
W 2002 wystąpił w konkursie Letniego Pucharu Kontynentalnego, rozegranym w Oberstdorfie. Na skoczni o punkcie konstrukcyjnym umieszczonym na 90 metrze uzyskał odległość 52 metrów i został sklasyfikowany na ostatniej, 111. pozycji[7].
