Lista chorążych państw uczestniczących w Zimowych Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 2010
Lista ta przedstawia chorążych państw uczestniczących w Zimowych Igrzyskach Olimpijskich w 2010 roku w Vancouver.
Tradycyjnie jako pierwsza na stadion weszła Grecja a ostatni gospodarz czyli Kanada.
Na stadion ekipy wchodziły w kolejności alfabetycznej języka angielskiego.
Po raz pierwszy w ceremonii otwarcia brały udział debiutujące na Zimowych Igrzyskach ekipy Czarnogóry, Ghany, Kajmanów, Pakistanu, Peru i Kolumbii.
Macedonia weszła na stadion jako 28 reprezentacja. Wystąpiła pod nazwą Macedonia, ale przez większość państw nazywana była Byłą Jugosłowiańską Republiką Macedonii.
Gruzja, która weszła na stadion jako 30 reprezentacja niosła flagę przepasaną kirem, gdyż kilka godzin przed ceremonią otwarcia doszło do wypadku na torze saneczkowym, w którym śmierć poniósł Nodar Kumaritaszwili.
Po raz pierwszy od Igrzysk w roku 2006 na stadion oddzielnie weszły Korea Południowa oraz Korea Północna[1].
Polska weszła na stadion jako 63 reprezentacja. Chorążym polskiej ekipy był Konrad Niedźwiedzki.
Najliczniejszą ekipę stanowiły Stany Zjednoczone, które wystawiły aż 216 zawodników i zawodniczek.
Ekipę Kanady prowadziła łyżwiarka szybka Clara Hughes, która również uprawia zawodowo kolarstwo.
Irańska alpejka Marjan Kalhor, była pierwszą kobietą z tego kraju która wystąpiła na Zimowych Igrzyskach jednocześnie będąc chorążym Iranu.

The Flag of India. The colours are saffron, white and green. The navy blue wheel in the center of the flag has a diameter approximately the width of the white band and is called Ashoka's Dharma Chakra, with 24 spokes (after Ashoka, the Great). Each spoke depicts one hour of the day, portraying the prevalence of righteousness all 24 hours of it.
Flag of Israel. Shows a Magen David (“Shield of David”) between two stripes. The Shield of David is a traditional Jewish symbol. The stripes symbolize a Jewish prayer shawl (tallit).
Flag of Jamaica. “The sunshine, the land is green, and the people are strong and bold” is the symbolism of the colours of the flag. GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.

Official flag used by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) to represent Chinese Taipei in association football matches. Also used at the Olympics from 1986 to 2010.
The flag of Navassa Island is simply the United States flag. It does not have a "local" flag or "unofficial" flag; it is an uninhabited island. The version with a profile view was based on Flags of the World and as a fictional design has no status warranting a place on any Wiki. It was made up by a random person with no connection to the island, it has never flown on the island, and it has never received any sort of recognition or validation by any authority. The person quoted on that page has no authority to bestow a flag, "unofficial" or otherwise, on the island.

In perhaps the most emotional moment of the Opening Ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympics, the crowd rises to give the Georgian athletes, led by Alpine skier Iason Abramashvili, a standing ovation following the tragic death of 21-year-old luge athlete Nodar Kumaritashvili earlier in the day. The Georgian flag is decorated with a black ribbon.
