Zestaw perkusyjny firmy Ludwig z 1918 roku
Ludwig-Musser – marka instrumentów perkusyjnych należąca do firmy Conn-Selmer – pododdziału konglomeratu Steinway Musical Instruments. Firma powstała na początku XX w. w Chicago w Stanach Zjednoczonych z inicjatywy braci Ludwig – Williama i Theobaldnera[1].
Na instrumentach firmy Ludwig grają m.in. tacy muzycy jak: Joey Kramer (Aerosmith), Roger Taylor (Queen) oraz Jason Bonham (Black Country Communion)[2].

This is the only set pictured in the 1918 Ludwig catalog. The "Outfit" was just becoming part of the drumming world. We do know the bass drum pedals have been around since the late 1800's and the first Ludwig Pedal Patent was in 1909. So, drummers were using them in their playing, but companies were not putting together in catalogs.
