Mistrzostwa Świata Kobiet w Curlingu 1998 odbyły się między 23 a 31 marca 1991 w kanadyjskim Winnipeg, w Winnipeg Arena.
Tytuł mistrzów świata z poprzednich mistrzostw obroniły Norweżki (Dordi Nordby) pokonując w finale Kanadę (Julie Sutton) 4:3. Brązowe medale zdobyły Szkotki (Christine Allison) po porażce z Norweżkami 4:8 oraz Szwedki (Anette Norberg), które uległy 4:6 Kanadyjkom.
