Zjazd kobiet na 46. Mistrzostwach Świata w Narciarstwie Alpejskim został rozegrany 13 lutego 2021 roku. Tytułu mistrzyni świata z Åre nie obroniła Ilka Štuhec ze Słowenii, która tym razem zajęła 14. miejsce. Nową mistrzynią świata została Corinne Suter ze Szwajcarii, drugie miejsce zajęła Niemka Kira Weidle ze stratą 0,20 sekundy, a brązowy medal wywalczyła Szwajcarka Lara Gut-Behrami, która straciła do zwyciężczyni 0,37 sekundy.
