XVI Mistrzostwa Ameryki Północnej w piłce siatkowej mężczyzn odbyły w 1999 roku w miejscowości Monterrey (Meksyk). W mistrzostwach wystartowało 8 reprezentacji. Złoty medal po raz czwarty w historii zdobyła reprezentacja USA. W turnieju zadebiutowała reprezentacja Jamajki.
