Pahrump – jednostka osadnicza w Stanach Zjednoczonych, w stanie Nevada.
Mieszkańcy miejscowości stanowią niemal całą populację hrabstwa Nye. W roku 2000 było ich 24 631, a w 2005 - 40 371. Siedzibę władz hrabstwa zamieszkiwało około 2 627 osób w roku 2000. Mieszkańcy nadali Pahrump motto: Serce Nowego Dzikiego Zachodu (Heart of the New Old West).
Historia
Pierwotnie obszar ten zamieszkiwali Indianie z plemienia Szoszonów. Osadnicy z Europy dotarli w późnych latach XIX wieku. Nazwali tę dolinę Pahrump, gdyż rdzenni mieszkańcy mówili na nią Pah - Rimpi czyli Wodne Skały. Miały na to wpływ obfite studnie artezyjskie. Dzięki nim nowi mieszkańcy Doliny Pahrump założyli rancza. Obecnie studnie nie są wykorzystywane gdyż prawie nic nie zostało z dawnego rolnictwa.
Do roku 1960 w mieście nie było telefonu, ani asfaltowej drogi. Dopiero gdy Las Vegas zaczęło się rozrastać, inwestorzy budowlani zainteresowali się Pahrump. W późnych latach sześćdziesiątych wybudowano drogę stanową dochodzącą do miasta oraz linię telefoniczną. Następnie drogę tę przedłużono na północ do autostrady międzystanowej nr 95, blisko Amargosa Valley. Później zbudowano trasę do Shoshone w Kalifornii, przechodzącą dalej przez Dolinę Śmierci w Kalifornii.
W roku 1972 otwarto pierwszą szkołę średnią.

Pahrump jest rodzinnym miastem pisarza Arta Bela - pomysłodawcy i prowadzącego audycję radiową, której tematem są zjawiska paranormalne.

The flag of Navassa Island is simply the United States flag. It does not have a "local" flag or "unofficial" flag; it is an uninhabited island. The version with a profile view was based on Flags of the World and as a fictional design has no status warranting a place on any Wiki. It was made up by a random person with no connection to the island, it has never flown on the island, and it has never received any sort of recognition or validation by any authority. The person quoted on that page has no authority to bestow a flag, "unofficial" or otherwise, on the island.
Flag of the State of Nevada. The flag is described in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 235, Sec. 20 as follows: The body of the flag must be of solid cobalt blue. On the field in the upper left quarter thereof must be two sprays of Sagebrush with the stems crossed at the bottom to form a half wreath. Within the sprays must be a five-pointed silver star with one point up. The word “Nevada” must also be inscribed below the star and above the sprays, in a semicircular pattern with the letters spaced apart in equal increments, in the same style of letters as the words “Battle Born.” Above the wreath, and touching the tips thereof, must be a scroll bearing the words “Battle Born.” The scroll and the word “Nevada” must be golden-yellow. The lettering on the scroll must be black-colored sans serif gothic capital letters.

Pahrump is a census-designated place (CDP) and an unincorporated town in Nye County, Nevada, United States. The population was 36,441 as of 2010, making it by far the largest settlement in the county.
