Poniższa tabela przedstawia podział administracyjny Francji na regiony i departamenty, dwa najwyższe szczeble administracji, obowiązujący do 31 grudnia 2015.
Z dniem 1 stycznia 2016 liczbę regionów ograniczono do 13[1].
Według stanu na koniec 2015 roku podział administracyjny przedstawiał się jak następuje:
