Życiorys
Steve MacDonald trenuje sporty siłowe od 1994 r. Jest zrzeszony w federacji IFSA.
Wziął udział w indywidualnych Mistrzostwach Świata IFSA Strongman 2006, jednak nie zakwalifikował się do finału.
Mieszka w mieście Pittsburgh (stan Pensylwania).
