U.S. National Championships 1888 – tenisowy turniej znany jako wielkoszlemowy US Open, który rozegrano w 1888 roku. Mężczyźni rywalizowali w dniach 21–28 sierpnia, na kortach Newport Casino w Newport. Turniej singlowy kobiet odbył się w dniach 12–15 czerwca na kortach Philadelphia Cricket Club w Filadelfii.
Była to ósma edycja turnieju męskiego i druga damskiego.
