U.S. National Championships 1891 – tenisowy turniej znany jako wielkoszlemowy US Open, który rozegrano w 1891 roku. Mężczyźni rywalizowali w dniach 22–31 sierpnia, na kortach Newport Casino w Newport, natomiast kobiety w dniach 23–27 czerwca, na kortach Philadelphia Cricket Club w Filadelfii.
Była to jedenasta edycja turnieju męskiego i piąta damskiego.
