Opis fabuły
II połowa XIX wieku. W podziemiach, pod gmachem w londyńskiej opery, mieszka tajemniczy człowiek o twarzy zasłoniętej maską. Zagadkowy mężczyzna jest koneserem muzyki. Zakochuje się w młodej śpiewaczce i robi wszystko, żeby pomóc jej w karierze. Nie robi tego jednak całkiem bezinteresownie...
