Puchar Intertoto 1961–2008
Legenda:
- W sezonach 1961/1962 – 1966/1967 rozgrywano fazę grupową i fazę pucharową
- W sezonach 1967 – 1994 rozgrywano tylko fazę grupową
- Od sezonu 1994 roku Puchar Intertoto oficjalnie przejęła pod kontrolę UEFA (wcześniej UEFA nie uznawała tych rozgrywek) a same rozgrywki stały się w istocie kwalifikacjami do Pucharu UEFA.
- W 2008 roku zaprzestano rozgrywania Pucharu Intertoto
- Puchar Intertoto był nazywany też pucharem Karla Rappana od nazwiska jego pomysłodawcy.
- Puchar Intertoto bywał też nazywany Pucharem Lata.

- ↑ Odra Opole awansowała po rzucie monetą.
- ↑ Ruch Chorzów awansował po bramce zdobytej na wyjeździe.
- ↑ Slaven Belupo Koprivnica awansowała dzięki bramce zdobytej na wyjeździe.
- ↑ Na boisku było 2-0, lecz mecz został przerwany z powodu wtargniecia na boisko kibiców Legii Warszawa i UEFA przyznała walkower Vetrze Wilno.
- ↑ Za incydent z poprzedniego meczu Legia Warszawa została ukarana walkowerem.
- ↑ Polski Związek Piłki Nożnej podjął decyzję, iż w miejsce Dyskobolii Grodzisk Wielkopolski, która zrezygnował z prawa startu w europejskich pucharach w sezonie 2008/2009, do najbliższej edycji Pucharu UEFA zostanie zgłoszony Lech Poznań (4. miejsce), a do Pucharu Intertoto – Cracovia, która zajęła 7. miejsce w sezonie 2007/08.
