Czwarta edycja międzynarodowych rozgrywek w piłce nożnej Złoty Puchar CONCACAF rozegrana w 1998 roku w USA.
W turnieju wzięło udział 10 drużyn podzielonych na 3 grupy. Po raz drugi do udziału w turnieju zaproszona została Brazylia. Pierwotnie w turnieju miała wziąć udział Kanada, jednak wycofała się i jej miejsce zajęła Jamajka.

GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people.
