Zginacz

Zginacz (łac. flexor) – mięsień, który zbliża dwie kości do siebie, powodując zgięcie części ciała (np. kręgosłupa) lub stawu w kończynie[1][2]. Mięśniem działającym z odwrotnym skutkiem jest prostownik[2].
