Tending wounded Australians on the Gallipoli shore after the conclusion of the initial battle, in which our Colonial brothers displayed such magnificent bravery, landing in the face of heavy Turkish fire, and then attacking the unseen enemy, who were firmly entrenched among the steep cliffs and thick undergrowth overlooking the shore.
