César Leonidas Mendoza Durán (Santiago de Chile, 11 de septiembre de 1918 — íd., 13 de septiembre de 1996) fue un militar, político y medallista olímpico chileno, General Director de Carabineros y jinete profesional en equitación. Fue miembro de la Junta Militar que derrocó a Salvador Allende en 1973, y se mantuvo en ella hasta su renuncia en 1985.
