Membership certificate (Japanese Red Cross Society ) issued for the the physician Tsukioka Okujūrō on 21 October 1902 by Prince Komatsu-no-miya Akihito (11 Febr 1846 – 18 Febr 1903) and Sano Tsunetami (28 Dec 1822 – 12 Dec 1902). Sano was the founder of the Japanese Red Cross Society and its first director.
