Robert Bowlby Blake (born ) is a Canadian professional w:ice hockey defenseman with the w:San Jose Sharks of the w:National Hockey League (United States and Canada).

Playing career

Blake was drafted 70th overall in w:1988 NHL Entry Draft by the w:Los Angeles Kings, with whom he played for twelve seasons. While there, he reached the Stanley Cup final in 1993, losing to the w:Montreal Canadiens, and eventually became the Kings' captain after Wayne Gretzky was traded to w:St. Louis Blues (hockey) in 1996.
