Boris Petrovsky[1] (1908–2004), a Soviet and Russian surgeon, a statesman, a Full Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences and of USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, the Minister of Health of the USSR in 1965–1980.
There depicted the badge of the Order of St. Andrew on the left.
