The source by the original uploader is unknown but the same photograph appears in 『完全版 長崎原爆の記録』(リフレ出版、2007-8-29, ISBN 978-4-86223-202-1, p.91), the Japanese book written by 泰山弘道 (Yasuyama Kōdō). Its incomplete version was published in 1984 from あゆみ出版、a Japanese publisher, with the title 『長崎原爆の記録』. The English version of the latter was also published in 2005 from NASHIM (長崎・ヒバクシャ医療国際協力会), which was distributed in UN Headquarters and WHO.
